OK, did I imagine this or did they come with one and it was very rare? Not the tach with gas and temp like the higher end ones had, but you know how the ones w/out a tach have gas/temp/oil pressure and volts in the 12, 3, 6 and 9 o'clock position?? Well this one I saw had a tiny lil Tachometer right in the middle of that.

I have an 88 and mine has warning lights, check engine light and a seatbelt light there. One could definetly fit and that is where i am considering to put a small one soon. I could be wrong on think but i dont know where else they would put all of those warning lights at.

Good idea, actually...since I only have a brake light that works (not sure if the others ever worked on the 2.0 engines) but it would be a perfect place for a tach...

You are talking about a small tach in the center of the left gauge (instrument) pod? I haven't seen anything like that, but sounds neat.
