7.5L_STX: SAS, Big Block Swap

I have a set of D0VE-C heads with 40,000 on them. They are bare though as I originally thought to put big valves and stuff in it. Then I bought my SCJs. So I have the heads and FRpp Locks, collars and spring seats. Needs valves and springs matched to your cam. I'll make ya a good deal on if the day comes and you want an upgrade.

nah, im dead set on not pulling my heads lol......and im pretty posotive i can find a set around here if i really wanted to. plenty of big Block Fans in these parts.

I started tearing the motor apart today

havent got it on the engine stand yet though on account of the tractor hogging up the garage still

pulled off the emmisions crap and all the unnecasary (for now) stuff:

and made a cover for the intake so i can pressure wash it before i start tearin it completely apart:

well, a little update. ive been working on cleaning the engine, just too lazy to post pics lol.

i ordered the gasket set, Timing gear drive set in the "noisy" flavor, Fuel pump block plate, and High Volume oil pump.....next on the list is the comp cams Xtreme 4x4 cam and comp cams 1.7 roller rockers.

i still plan on pulling the body off to build new body mounts, sandblast and paint the frame and take care of some other rust. who knows how long that will take lol.
