Robert

Finished stripping the D44 beams today and dropped them off to be cut since I don't have anything here to "properly" do the job. While they're out the guy is making the 1" extension pieces for me. Supposedly they'll be ready for me Wednesday.

Next free day is Saturday.. Hopefully getting the two cabs removed and gutting the extended cab out.

Yeah, progress finally :yahoo: Now if I can just get some myself :bawling:
SVT

Can't wait to see progress. I pulled my rug up recently and poked my finger through the bottom of cab behind seats... No wonder my seats squeak... Lol. I was hoping just a loose bolt... Yeah you and SVT have like, identical trucks. You should have your trucks makeout at a red light.

I can't wait to see more progress either! The goal by Monday night is to have the Ex cab resting on my frame. Just really depends on the amount of fabbing I'll have to do for the rear cab mounts. I'm in no rush, have to order and wait for new cab bushings to come in anyways

Ricks truck runs though....OH nevermind, he doesn't have a front end under his truck either :thefinger::icon_rofl::icon_thumby:

Actually I do, it's sitting right where it needs to be, I just need to fab my link bars and upper shock mounts so it will be mounted and not just under the truck !!
SVT

If my truck was high enough to fit 37's, I think they'd fail me at inspection haha... I hate MA.

VA doesn't care at inspection long as it meets saftey requirements an isnt falling apart. Not to say the police won't hassle you though for lift law violations

OK guys, things have been slow but moving along all the same. Ttb beams were still not done as of Friday.. I swear some people procrastinate more than I do.
My reg cab is totally gutted minus the speaker harness which ill get this weekend; was more time consuming than i thought. Doghouse will be removed hopefully then the cab gets walked off.

Doors from the regular cab were in better shape so I put then on the ex cab. Still waiting to tear it apart because I have someone interested in the motor.

Cool. Keep up the progress.

Make sure to snap pics!

I swear some people procrastinate more than I do..

Nope, I have you bet there, my Ranger has been sitting all summer, and all I have done is buy a set of doors, and the new gaskets for the 4.0, I haven't touched the truck any this summer since I tore it down, it's just been way too hot for me.

Robert

You might want to leave that super cab empty, they are a lil heavier than one would think lol

Robert, mines been apart two years and all ive done is remove every single bolt lol
I do have pics, nothing interesting really..just a totally gutted cab
An yeah the ex cab will be totally gutted as well, dash and all. Heck the doors were twice as heavy as I expected!

Ya those doors are heavy arent they. You should build some halfies like me, they rock in the summer and weigh hardley anything at all.

Just bumpin for updates how she doin??
