today i scrapped a 93 exploder, not without having some fun first though :D

i drained all the oil out of it and started it up, ran it for a half hour with no oil. still sounded perfect, not even a tick. so then i poured about 2 gallons of water into it and ran it for another 45 minutes and it still wouldnt blow even with the pedal to the boards! at that point i gave up haha

my buddy was telling me how his toyota died within 15 minutes without oil and was asking me why mine didnt quit, i simply replied cause its a ford! :icon_hornsup:

these engines just dont quit!

oh i poured a few different things in there lol. i poured some iced tea, a little dr. pepper, a bottle full of chew spit and some antifreeze just for good measure. damn thing didnt miss a beat

Bleach and sand will evently kill it.

Quick question, WHY are you trying to kill it? :icon_confused:
 
Mine ticks for the first 3 seconds of startup everytime, and it has 4.5 quarts of synthetic in it...........:icon_confused:

yeah, my lifters tick after it's been running for 5 minutes, i got 5 quarts of motorcraft synthetic blend in there.....when i ran regular pennzoil, i never had a problem.

thats cool though, cant believe it ran so long
