so in the tech library on both the pages for OHV and SOHC it says the SOHC replaced the OHV in 2001 model year.... so you have the SOHC, correct?
If so... front one can be done in the bay, for the rear you need to either remove the engine or the trans (not verified on that) - one of the bolts is under the bellhousing - it is a nightmare of a job, there are a lot of youtube videos on it.
all your typical hand tools, a jack, an engine hoist (cherry picker), shop big enough to remove hood, engine, work on it and put it back in. fluids to replace coolant you will loose... probably oil as well since you will find the plastic broken somewhere and time to cleanout the pan to make sure all the little bits are out. all the gaskets... should be a "kit" you can get off rock auto, partsgeek, etc that will show you all the stuff they include (2 "cassettes" with gears and chain and guides all assembles plus all kinds of gaskets).
