Or thread tap the soft aluminum & put a pipe plug or bolt in the extra hole,...put in a 2nd sender/sensor to seal the hole and not use it
Whats the best way to get all the air out of system?
For me the heater core hoses are a high point. I installed a flush tee in one of them. That way I can loosen the cap on the tee and allow air to escape.Whats the best way to get all the air out of system?

Cut away old plastic ThermoStat Housing with tin snips....old housing off. 2 of the 3 mounting bolts broke off 1/2 from base.
...cant find anything to grip the broken bolts.
...spraying with blaster and have been trying vicegrips with no luck.
...ideas?
