4.0 replacement heads

Not a bad price for a set of complete ready to install heads with free shipping. Why don't you think about taking your cracked head to a machine shop and get it fixed? I had a cracked head on my Suzuki Sammy two summers ago and it was around $80 to get it fixed at a machine shop. Check into this first. You have to take off the head anyways, Right? If the shop wants over $200 to fix it then go ahead and get the new ones.
Now..if you need a valve job and more on your old set then this is the best way to go. Buy them then.

brand new castings? any idea who is making these? i know that world products did heavier 2.9 heads, i wonder if they are making heads for the 4.0 as well

an ALUMINUM head can be reliably repaired if cracked.

Cast iron? unless it's an original HEMI cylinder head or something else equally as rare it isn't worth bothering, cast iron isn't easily welded and even when it is welded it often cracks nearby when heat cycled aftert the repair.

I wouldn't do business with him because at the start of the ad he says brand new in bold letters and later says they are rebuilt and that makes me question what else he is lying about
