I have a94 ranger4x4 4.o v6 engine turns over but wont start the fuel pump doesnt shut.off filled crank case full of gas

You got some major problems. Fuel system, intake, heads etc...Call one of your buddies that is a mechanic and has tools in his truck, buy him a bunch of beer, tacos and maybe a hooker to take a look. Best of luck Mr. Jones.

That is indicative of a wiped out fuel pressure regulator...pull the vac line and see if it squirts fuel...
