What is Marnel?
"Chamber Volume:
1990-1994: 60 CC'S 1995-2000: 48 CC'S (note: 98tm castings have smaller exhaust ports) Marnel 43 CC'S"

Isn't the bore rather small?
"Lifter Bore Diameter:
0.0005-0.0022"

Are they supposed to be the same?
"Small End Bore For Bushing:
0.9432-0.9439"
"Small End Bore Finished Inside Diameter:
0.9432-0.9439"
