3rd leg

It may be something that changed between generations too, mine is tad older than yours. In mine it isn't because it is so far away, more that I don't have anywhere to really put my leg while I pull on it.

I don't understand what you are trying to say here? one leg is on the clutch, the other is on the throttle, and you just reach down and pull the hand brake release.

rose it's like this i think but dont quote me, on my buddies expo (00) his lever is right there. Where as mine (94) is tucked under the dash noticeably more so and is harder to reach

well it broke today since i used pop rivets to make the end peice that hooks to the hand lever, so i went out and got the right sized brake cable so it will work right without flaw. I will get pics up tomorrow after i install the new cable

Guestimating where the clutch would be (doesn't really matter, my cockpit is cramped enough even on the right side of the brake pedel my leg wants to sit against the door)

Now where did that little rascal of a brake release go to? :icon_confused:

Let me pin my leg up against the collumn... ah yes, there it is! :icon_idea:

Now I just have to do a sit up to get down there to it, you would have to stay folded up WHILE you eased out on the clutch and time the brake release just right as well.

VS just using your right hand that isn't doing anything but keeping the shifter warm until you get going enough to shift to operate a lever that is right beside you. You don't have to shift your legs at all aside from what you need to do to work the controls.
