Has anyone ever done this.

I have a 04 4wd ranger edge and i want to fill the flairs. i am looking at a 15x8 w a 3.75 back spacing but am worried they will not be flush or stick out beyond the flairs.

but are the 15x10 3.75 BS TOO wide and will rub everything?

All i have is #1 t-bars turned up a bit. And that is all i want to do, maybe some trimming

Please post up pics ASAP. I wan to order my new wheels and tires

umm the wheel has rele nuthing to do with how much it will stick out past the flairs. the 3.75 BS pretty much means there will be 3.75in of the wheel behind the wheel mating surface. The tires are wut determines if it will rub or not. I would go with the 15x8s and 32s. the 15x10s will put more stress on your wheel bearings. I have 31s on my 00 2wd with a 3in lift and they are a good proportion. so you might get away with 32s....

I'd go with the 15x8 wheel as well. A 10in. wheel is really too wide for a 32/11.5 and will look funny because the tread will be narrower than the rim.

haha reminds me of the ghetto scion XB's in LV with the 6in wide tires and 9in wide wheels. completly retarded looking

15x8 inch rim, with 3.75 backspace, 33x12.5r15 tire.

Thanks for the replies guys. Anyone have pics of 32s on 8" wheels w 3.75 BS and Flairs?

These are 32/10.5/15 on a 15x10 wheel with 3in of backspacing, not my ideal choice but I got them for a good deal used, the width isnt as bad as it sounds, I also had to cut like 2in of fender out

I love the look. Just not into cutting the fender like that. Maybe it is due to only 3" BS. What brand wheels have 3"BS?

Yep, I knew I had a couple on my build thread.

TRUST THEM when they say go with an 8" wide. 10" looks retarded unless you are running at least a 13.5" wide tire.

I have a 12.5 on a 10 inch rim and it looks awesome :headbang:
