302 swap, which trany should i use

I have a 87 4x4 ranger extended cab and I have a 302 out of a 2000 explorer that I want to put in it. My plan is to stroke it out to a 347 which will approximatly have 450hp and 435ft\lbs of TQ. I need a transmission that will hold up to it. I was look at a Tremec TR6060 or a T56 I dont know if they will fit or not. its not a big deal to keep the four wheel drive but it would be nice. Any input would be appriciated. I want it to be either a 5 or 6 speed manuel.
