hey guys i was just wondering if this set up would bolt together and also if it is a good set up, or can i use the stock transfer case, a borg warner 13 54 or it might be a 13 50?

bolt on a c5 tailshaft and housing. Will allow use for a 1350 or 1354. I did it on mine.

The stock transfer case is very light yet, durable. The 205 will not bolt to a c4 without expensive adapters.

so what i need is a c4 with a c5 tail shaft and housing and that way i can use the stock transfer case

depends on what you want.

i would build an aod and run the 205 with a doubler of some sort...the 203/205 is cost effective if you can source the cases..

ya im not looking to run any doubler, if anything im gona run a borg-warner 1350 -1354 doubler

There is a 4x4 version of the C4 aside from the early bronco, at least according the transmission book at the local shop. If that's the case any fullsize t-case would work. Or you can the the C5 parts on the C4 and use the stock t-case. If you want overdrive, the AOD is the way you would want to go.

There is no NP205 to C4 adapter. I've been looking. You can have 28 spline EB or 25 spline RBV. Run a manual, C6, or AOD.
