Hi Everyone, It's been awhile!

I'm currently swapping a 3.0L to a 4.0L and i can't remember two plugs

Engine: 94 4.0L Automatic transmission (includes Engine harness)
Wiring: 94 4.0L Manual Transmission (Harness that plugs into Engine Harness)
Transmission: 94 4.0L Ranger 4x4

Question #1:
At the Back of the Engine Harness (Engine came from an auto truck) There are 4 connectors, These connectors are at the end of the engine near the connection of the transmission to engine (See Picture #1)
C117 - Not sure that this does (2 Wires)
C120 - Back up Lamp/Neutral Sensing Switch (6 wires manual)
C135/C187 Oxygen Sensors

So what does C117 Do???? is it for automatic trans only?

Question #2
From the Harness the plugs into the firewall and attaches to the engine harness there is a connector C104 which i have no clue where it goes.
This connector is on the branch of wire/connectors that lead to Brake Fluid Level Switch, rear lights, fuel pump, VSS, ETC. See attached Picture #2

Does anyone know where C104 goes to?

Thanks you very much

C104 is probably to your underhood light if it's got a light green/yellow wire and a black wire. what are the wire colors for c117?

Yes thank you!, i had the hood off and ofcourse i didn't label that one.... as soon as i put the hood on i went doh!

As far as C117, I went to the wreckers and it is the torque shift connector for a automatic transmission and is left blank/not used for manual transmissions!

Thank you very much for your help!
Swap complete! :)

What is a "torque shift connector"? A "Torque Shift" is a type of automatic transmission produced by Ford.

They can be called many names,

It's the "Torque converter clutch solenoid" or "Shift Solenoid" or "Torque/Shift Solenoid" or ..... (and i'm just referencing the connector to it, not the solenoid itself)..... for the automatic transmission.

Either way, it's not required for a manual trans, so i'm happy :)
