So get this: not a week after I get the new glasspack on, a CEL pops up and I diagnosed the CEL with the Genysis scantool on datastream and wouldn't you know it, coincidentally, my cats went bad at the same time! Haha. Seems like after 130K on the clock, the Ranger was due for a new exhaust anyway. Anybody got any suggestions on quality vs price of cats? I don't want anything to make my truck blow flowers out the exhaust like some fruity hybrid, just something to get me through AZ emissions.
on ebay today found hi-perf cat for less than 100 dollars. ranger section exhaust.
