3.0 pipe diameter?

Parts should be here monday, I'll have the new exhaust on the following weekend. I'll try and get some pics and sound up.

Well just got the glasspack today. I do need one more piece of knowledge. Is this the inlet or outlet?

Look at component 3. I've only installed mufflers and never a glasspack so i need to know which is the inlet and outlet. Thanks guys!

the majority of glass packs are reversible, i would put the side you see into in the picture as the inlet, the louvers will then open opposing the direction of exhaust flow.

That's what I figured because they would scoop the exhaust into them. Thanks Jeff!

Had a busier day than I expected to but I did get the exhaust chopped off today. Tomorrow comes the glasspack install. I'll try to post a vid with a soundclip in it. Wind deflectors on the way too!

Just finished up the new exhaust and it does sound BEASTLY :icon_hornsup: Too bad the new exhaust overpowered my camera's microphone so it sounds almost exactly like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3yz_JZkut5w The zip ties being used as a hanger in the pic were only temporary while I fabbed up a new hanger but my cam died so no pics of that.
So I chopped the exhaust around 7"after the flange.

Then I polished up and reused the old exhaust tip

Finally, I slipped on the clamps, sealed it up, fabbed a hanger, and brthe new exhaust is complete.

And sorry about the no pics, just copy and paste the URL links into the browser. You should be able to get them but if not sorry. I'm not exactly a computer whiz.

No just windows. If I do make a photobucket account can I upload them using that?

Now I'm not sure whether the links will work or not but here ya'll go.

Like I said, the zip ties were only temporary and I did fab a hanger. Heres the exhaust in action
Let me know what you guys think.
