So if I have a 05 2WD ranger I won't be able to get 265/75R16? Why is that? I would love to get bigger tires without a lift kit.

Cant find the answer

Im still looking at the other threads and I cant get a good answer. I know people have asked the same question however, they either have a 4x4 or its a different year. My current tires are 245 70 R16 and it looks like you can throw some bigger tires on there however im not sure. I don't know if thats the stock tire for this truck. I just bought it at carmax and im thinking maybe the previous owner threw those on. Maybe they are stock i dont know. Any help still, thanks.

You have the Edge model with the 4WD-style torsion bar suspension. Non-Edge 2WDs (coil spring suspension) sit 2" lower than yours.
