Think how small the bore & stroke would be on a V6 thats only 2.3L/140 c.i.d. I think the suzuki grand vitera had a 2.6 V6 but thats the smallest V6 I know of in a automotive application.

Seems in europe ford had some under 2 liters...dont quote me on that. The pistons were pry the size of a roll of quarters lol

Lets see ... it's a V6. Did anyone bother to count the number of spark plug wires, the intake runners the exhaust manifold? It was an unusual econo motor. It had 6 cylinders but only 4 consumed gas.
