2004 ford ranger v6 4.0l OBD2 145 error codes, please help!

*Hey! Im new to the forums.please forgive me if Im posting in the wrong location, and moderators please feel free to move /remove my post if necessary. Thanks!*

Im posting because I seem to have a massive electrical problem OR my truck is about to explode haha.
I keep getting a variety of error codes from my OBD2, some are consistent across checks, some are not. The number of codes seems insanely high! This last run was set to Mode 3, All command sets+ common non-standard adresses. It picked up 145 codes.
