Hey y'all I'm new to the forum and I am not even remotely mechanically inclined at all!
I have a 2003 Ranger (Edge edition) - a few months ago I turned my AC off and I started hearing a constant hissing sound coming from the A/C. It's still doing it every time the A/C isn't on. When the AC is on it only blows warm air, as if it's just a fan.
Someone suggested maybe it's a vacuum actuator issue?
Sound familiar? Is this something I can fix? If not, what kind of money am I looking at to get it fixed?
Thanks!!
steve
