2003 4.0L engine noise


ok so I checked all the vaccum lines and it is definetly not it. upon further inspection i have narrowed the squeak down to where the rear of the motor and bell housing meet. any Ideas of what this could be?
 
Since you ruled out vacuum leak and the sound is coming from the bell housing area, it could be the torq converter, or something in the tranny. You might want to move over to the tranny forum and inquire in there about that noise. And if it is indeed a tranny problem you might want to post an update here.
