2002 extended cab bed replacement

I recently purchased an '02 ranger extended cab but the bed is damaged.
Need to swap out bed to look new again. Do I need only an '01 - '03 bed off extended cab or do other beds work like other year model rangers? 90's or newer?

Wrong forum, but to answer your question, the beds were the same, IIRC, from 1993 to end of production. You'll need the short bed (6') off a regular or extended cab.

The long bed (7') was only available on regular cab trucks and was not very common. It will not work on your truck without modification.

It looks to me like 98-08 will bolt right on. Not sure what little differences there were for 09-11 but it must be something minor. Id like to think they would fit as well but something must be different so they wont list it as direct replacement even though it would probably work.

since you have an extended cab it has to be a 6' bed. either reg or ext cab models with that bed length will work
