How can I obtain a high degree of camber for racing without cutting frame?

If you lower the front with drop springs, or by cutting the stock springs, it will give you negative camber. The more you drop, the more it goes negative. Keep in mind that it's easy to go too far though and you'll have rubbing issues, lack of travel and likely some geometry issues too.

You could also modify the stock upper control arms, or use custom circle track car parts to make adjustable control arms that could be shortened/lengthened depending on your needs.
