2000 vs 2005 rear door differences?

Anyone know if the rear door on a 2005 would work on a 2000? Mine is rusting on the 2000 and I found a 2005 the same color, or appears to be, and would like to replace it. Looks the same visually, but not sure if mounting or hinge points have changed, electrical stuff, etc. This is a supercab obviously.

Any help is appreciated.
