or just cap it and cut the top of the manifold.You would need to fab an adaptor elbow if you wanna put it in place of the TB like bobby suggested
pull butterfly and clamp a 90 on....cut a flang adapter and make a gasket....



i probably have enough crap laying around to just try it if so inclined .... with a few clamps and some gasket material....
or fab up something with the plas and welder... not that you would have to. you can cut the top off and make your own base plate and bolt it together.
it would run.... not efficiently but i am confident it will work. hack for sure.......just easier then trying to hack up a Siamese port intake for crap results.
