Mid 90 explorers have the same dash as my 91,are the tachs different between the two?

i see your avoiding corrupting the other thread.

so one wire is black and yellow and the sig wire is tan or pink...theres several colors for them and some go thru the pcm.

if you have the blk yl at the 8 cyl and it has ground continuity, then popping it out of the plug and leaving it ungrounded should be the 8 cyl setting.

i remember some with 6/8 on the back but that may be confused with mustang and 150 stuff.

i tried finding it on the rrorc but its gone now and i have no access to it anymore.

well theres quite a few types over the ford and gm lines i have dealt with and having pulled back from this type of stuff the last 5 years its just not on the window in my tiny little mind. most rigs end up with real gauges and the factory junk is left to the trash can.

True, but I like my dash and rraly want to keep it and have it work if ots even possible at this point.if not ill cut it out and make a new one! Haha
