Timing? Maybe an o2 sensor?

so i put in the new sensor and it is still acting like it is not getting fuel. when i start it up i can floor it and it will rev right up but after that i will press on the gas and it will sputter or just seems like it shuts off then when i let go of the pedal it just sits at idle

Better place to start is running codes
Check the Throttle Position Sensor, TPS
or the upper intake might be all carbon up blocking off vacuum ports or restricting them....or serious vacuum leak
