200 with a blower is more believable.
 
This also would have been pointless. Basically just shaved enough to make sure they are straight. If actually wanted gains out of a decked head, you need to be in the 0.040" or more range. Depending on piston to valve clearance.

I think that's pushing it some - I recall something about in that range from Sven Pruett's book as a maximum unless you're racing, I should probably look it up for reference. I had mine milled .030" - my lower intake ended up needing milled to compensate. Not sure what my CR was, but .030" isn't too much. Didn't ping running 14BTDC, had a custom cam, but I did run it on 89 octane at least.

But those numbers I don't think are realistic unless there's other stuff going on that's he not telling.
 
The motor that was in my Focus before the 302 had 0.090" taken off the head.
