Welcome Visitor! Please take a few seconds and I have a very strange electrical issue within the wiper/washer system. The wiper motor is good, multiswitch is good, fuses and relays are good. But someone has been playing in this fuse box under the hood and has hacked some wires up. My issue keeps sending to the GEM module that's located behind the radio in the dash, but I can't find any information on it. Could someone point me in the direction to find terminal voltages or signals and the function of the GEM module? I utilized Mitchel for diagrams but there is no info on this in their library thanks
