1994 Mazda B2300 Lift questions

Looking to lift the B up about 4-5" total. It's 2WD by the way. I'm not opposed to a body lift. Would like to get 31" (maybe even 33") tires in with some room to breathe. Looking at 3" body lift, 1.25" coil spacers, torsion bars mod in front and a block or add a leaf in the rear. Would doing these together force me to get new brake lines, any steering linkage issues, shifter knob clearance, (anything else I'm missing)? I will probably swap out gears also, so if someone wants to chime in on that, it would be appreciated. Just looking for help as I have never owned a ford/mazda before. Also, I have been told that just about any Ranger parts for lifting/suspension will work with the B-series, how true is that? Lastly, if anyone can point me in the direction of an affordable lift combo that would be great. I'm planning on doing the lift, wheels, and tires for under $750 (going to keep my eye out for a wheel/tire combo on the cheap). Thanks,
