First I want to say hi i'm new to the Forums. I'm having issues with my truck, every time I turn left there's a Growling/Grinding noise I've changed Rotors, Wheel Bearings, Ball Joints Upper and Lower, and Steering linkage but the Growling didnt stop. I haven't seen any metal parts or the frame rubbing and I'm thinking on working on the Rear End but im not sure where to go with it any help will be appreciated.

Hi @94LilRanger, whenever I hear "growling while turning" I think wheel bearings. You said you changed those... you changed all the bearings/races in front? If it's more grinding than growling, what's the state of your front brakes? When you did the rotors did you do the pads? Did you check the slide pins? Occasionally the pads will drag a bit when turning (shouldn't happen but can) especially if the slide pins are sticky.

Try to pinpoint which corner of the truck the noise is coming from. If turning left, I would expect the noise to be right side, either front or rear. As stated above, if it's more of a growling noise, it's probably wheel bearings, front or rear. If it's a metal on metal grinding noise, look for something rubbing, usually brake parts.

Thank you for the post. Yes I changed the Wheel Bearings inner & outer, Rotors & shoes, new sliding pins, tie rods inner & outer, Calipers, Ball joints upper & lower, and new Tires and it still Growls. I though it might be the exhaust hanger on the transmission mount rubbing against the trans but after removing it still keep growling, my next thing im going to do is the rear end bearing and axle bearing for the possibility that they might be shot.

Thank you ill look in to it
