Hello, I was wondering what the specific name for the part pictured below. It is where my turn signal lights up as well as my 4x4. If you could also attach a link of where to purchase it online that would be even better. Thank you!

If you mean the part below the tachometer insert in the dash...not sure of the actual name...but I can almost guarantee you won't find it other than in a junkyard...if they have anything that old.

Is the problem the lights are not working or is something broken?

Or are you referring to something other than the bank of lights below the tach?

EDIT: I checked the LMC website but they didn't show anything for the dash...

Yes really not sure what you need..

I believe you are missing the cover that has the symbols for right turn, 4X4 and other. You will not find it for sale by itself. You need to go to the Jy if you can or buy a whole dash trip piece if its that important to you.
