The mysteries of buying a pre-owned truck from a dealership are sometimes entertaining.

They come with their quirks, flaws and oddities.

While I have trying to figure out why my headlight buzzer never goes off I found a random toggle switch mounted under the dash below the steering wheel. There are currently no wires on it but makes you wonder what is was.

probably an old alarm. is it tiny and metal?

Kill switch or alarm as superj said

Maybe MI6 missed it as they were decommissioning 007's pickup. Ask Q.

It just on and off and no wires connected

WOW!!
Be very careful with that. It looks similar to the Flux Capacitor switch on the Delorean.

Just sayin.'

It's the nitrous

Edit: I had an '85 5.0L 'stang I rigged switch so fogs could be on with high beams on not legal but on lonely roads it was nice.
Or could be a switch to turn off the headligh buzzer.
Could be anything I suppose.
