I was driving down the Interstate and it started loosing power like the exhaust was plugged but it has no cat and new muffler. It barely starts and spits fuel out the exhaust, I changed the injectors & fuel pressure regulator no change. So I changed tps & cleaned mas still same problem and no check engine light on. Any ideas this thing is driving me nuts. Thanks in advance.

What’s the status of your plugs, wires and spark box?

New coil & plugs as it spins over it floods several plugs with gas, already getting gas in oil. Won't start now but it tries while turning with starter.

Fuel pressure is out of whack... or your injectors are stuck open.

Try holding it to the floor in clear flood mode... it should stop pulsing the injectors. If it does... and it still blows fuel your injector(s) are stuck.

Get the pressure gauge back on it...

It's got 40 lbs fuel pressure and the injectors are new but it's floods the same cylinder.

If it's just one cylinder... probably not.

Are you sure you have compression and a good healthy spark on the bum cylinder?

If so... you have a stuck injector. With the fuel gauge still on... and the ignition turned to off... does the fuel pressure bleed off quickly?

What do you mean by "new fuel injectors". New does not mean functional these days. Do the flood mode test as described before. Hold the gas pedal to the floor and "attempt" to start the truck. Do not let off the pedal. If it starts in any way the injectors are leaking. You could also have the wrong injectors. A different lb injector than needed will flood the engine. You could also have a bad fuel pressure regulator. The regulator is designed to return excess fuel to the tank but if it fails it sends excess fuel into the intake and floods the engine. Take the vacuum line off the regulator, if there is gas in it then the regulator is fubar.

No gas in line of fuel pressure regulator. I'll try holding it to floor and starting it. I'll also see how fast the fuel pressure leaks down. I have fire and 120 lbs of compression on cylinder that's floods. The injectors that were in truck were red and the new ones are red & black I think Bosch brand.

Uh-Oh...you said a bad word...B**ch.

Ok I held throttle wide open it starts but only at about 1k rpm's and when I let go of throttle it dies. By the time I got out of truck to check fuel pressure it was none. What's my next step.

Cleaned plugs found gas on the same 2 before I put in new injectors, got it to start with throttle wide open and it reved up to only 3500 rpm's. I'm thinking it may be computer since the problem is on the same 2 cylinders. Any thoughts.
