I forgot to add in my above post that I still need to gusset the driver side beam driop bracket (passenger side mounted) like the tech library suggests.

Question for you tech guys. Im looking at getting a 1354M but dont have the correct intermediate piece on my transmission. Where the hell can I find one of these or does anyone have one they'd like to sell?

Shifter assembly for the 1354M will bolt directly to your transmission, get the floorplate and shifter boot setup as well.

I thought that the "Adapter/spacer" between the transmission and t-case were different. I thought there were 2 different kinds. One WITH the bolt holes, and one WITHOUT. I was lookin at my truck tonight and I dont see the bolt holes.

Well that pic certainly shows where the shifter would bolt up... but if yours does not have them then there must be two different styles, in all the trucks I have pulled or swapped t-cases I never noticed one without.

If you dont run a center console between the seats you could always do a push pull shift setup like some guys have on their doublers. Or pick up an adapter with the threaded holes and bolt it on like stock.

On a lighter note, my Ballistic Order was delivered this morning. Cant wait to get home!

So now Ballistic is saying my order wont be to my door til the 19th!! WTF.

Oh, and their customer service SUCKS. There's only 2 people answering the phone. They dont give you tracking number so they get thousands of calls every second with the same question "where's my order at?"

I think Im done ordering from them. They tried giving me a 20% off my next order which is only 5% more than a return customer gets. I tried to get them to bump it up to 25% and they refused.

Wow, thats wierd. I've never had problems with them. The last order I had the box was torn partially open. I emailed them notifying I had a partial order delivery. 3 days later I get a complete replacement order...
