Because I've already done an SAS. I want to see how far this TTB can really go. It's not by any means a cheap build, BUT it will be done right, and done right the first time.

I think you are definately going the correct route on the radius arms, using rod ends wont bind and restrict suspension travel like the stock bushing setup. Looking forward to seeing it come together.

Only issue I see with the bent arms is that you will have swing the arm out to get the diff off if you ever need to. Its not any different than stock though. I am digging the setup though. If I kept my TTB, rodend radius arms were next on the list.

Gotcha :icon_thumby: Dustin (disciplerocks) used xj coil springs on his b2 before he did sas, might want to pm him about that setup. He used those stone crusher extension arms on his stock radius arms and flexed pretty good, at the time it was his DD too...

Thanks, but the more I research, the more I am swayed towards the EB coils due to me having a X-cab 4.0L

And you have to admit, this sure is a different build :icon_twisted:

Those are some crafty sway bar links. I am in the middle of putting my TTB back together and I just said to hell with the sway bar. I didn't want to put the time and effort into it, but yours have me thinking now... :icon_idea:

Well, I've ran mine w/out sway bars for a year or so now and no problems. BUT thats with 550 ppi coils in the front. When I swap out to 235 ppi, I will DEFINITELY need the sway bar back on. Thank goodness I saved it.

Believe it or not, The arms will be in the same location pretty much, maybe in a half an inch more or so.

I know with stock arms you can't get the pinch bolt out with out moving the rad arm

Yea, that pinch bolt's a bitch. My current radius arms are notched so I can remove the bolt. I dont like it tho, I think it ruins the integrity of the arm.

I think I may be saving mine now and I will put the swaybar brackets back on. I don't recall how soft duff coils are. Maybe 400ppi???? I guess I'd rather be safe than have to rip everything apart again. :D

Yea I beleive that's right. Mine are going to be 235 ppi lol.

Rough Country N2.2 series Nitrogen charged.

Just got those and my stainless steel braided brake hoses ordered as well as my Skyjacker Drop brackets. Woo hoo!!!
