1991 Ranger 4.6l 4v Cobra Swap

As the title says, I have a 1991 ranger extended cab I'm looking to swap a 4.6l cobra engine into. So far I have the engine, wiring harness and the truck. The engine came out of a 1998 mustang w about 85k on it. Can someone give me a rundown on everything else I'll need? Not trying to build anything crazy yet just get everything in the truck and on the road reliably. I'm looking to do a t45 just to keep it simple. Also, the engine I picked up is missing the pulleys . Should I just replace them with oem or is there an opportunity to upgrade since I have to buy them anyways? Any input is appreciated thank you .

you're going to discover that any DOHC engine is a challenge to squeeze into a Ranger.

i would do under drive pulleys. i cannot find them for my current 3.0 or i would already have them on this truck
