1991 explorer donor into same year ranger

So I got the explorer for $250 it's a 1991 4.0 xlt 2wd auto and my truck is a 1991 ranger 2wd ext cab 5 speed what parts are interchangeable and would be an upgrade to my truck

I'm thinking rear axle, motor, as much interior pieces as I can use cause I have the crappy blue interior

Any thoughts or suggestions let me know
