1988 ford bronco II running like crap

Hello everyone I did not think I would find myself here but here i am i have a 1988 bronco II with a 2.9 l. i rebuild it not to long ago but it hasn't ran correctly at all . Before i rebuild it ran fine the Reason i rebuild it was do to pour oil Pressure . Now that it is back together it runs like crap it smells like raw gas it runs really Rich And bogs down after around 2000 RPMs It also has Blow by coming from the dipstick tube and oil fill cap Which makes no sense being I just rebuilt it .I did a compression test and They're all at 150 so did a Fuel pressure test and everything's good there. I also tried retiming it per Ford instructions. I have not been able to figure out what is wrong with it I will now list every part that I have put on it Trying to fix the issue. New plugs and wires. new motorcraft Ignition module. New fuel pressure regulator. Rebuild bosch fuel injectors. I've also adjusted the valves per ford instructions My next step is trying to put a intake gasket on it and maybe hoping that helps If any of you can help me please I'm running out of ideas.

Pcv valve installed and working correctly? It's cheap and easy to replace.
O2 sensor fairly new? Replace if over 100,000 miles or 10 years old.
Ring gap correct? And gap ends placed 180° apart?
