1988 4X4 Ranger V8 302/5.0 Swap


Guys with the supercharged 4.0 engines have been running the M5OD-R1 without issues for years. iirc the R2 has slightly higher torque ratings. They seem to hold up fine to 350-400 lb-ft. They just don't shift particularly well, so they are not a good choice for a race car.
