1 ton, caged ranger

Scribed. Looks badass Ben.

ya my leaf sas i had to offset my hangers and shackle mounts to work. Are you doing shackle forward or in back? I hope back.

There is no way that I am going to be able to have it low enough with a rear shackle, so front it is. I am also trying to keep it simple

what about the slider boxes instead of a shackle? it would be just over an inch taller then a front shackle set-up if anything.

I already have everything for shackles and Kages ranger is DD on the same set up and it works fine, I haven't seen any tried and tested sliders

Ya shackle forward "works" but you need a panhard bar to keep it tracking straight.
What springs are you going to use?

Cut out frame plates for the crumple zone, and cut down the front crossmember to the right width.

Explorer rears might be a lil bit long. I tried them and they stuck out in front of my ranger about 8-10". Maybe look into chevy 54's or waggys as a thought

Is that your old one?^^
No, thats railmans truck, same axle, springs and shackles.

And the stock bumper is never going back on, I still have 50 ft of tube for bumpers and shock hoops

I need to patch these holes (4 of them)\
