Assuming you're asking about the rear axle: 1993-2009 are all the same fitment.
Different axle sizes and ratios were available, so now's a good time to decide if you want to change anything or keep it same as you have now.
Of course if your truck is 4WD, then the rear axle ratio MUST match with that of your front axle.
