Per the OwnersManual, ATF Capacity of 5r55e Transmission
with 2WD Shallow Pan is 10.0qts, with 4WD Deep Pan is 10.3qts.
If you measured what you pumped+drained out, add about 1/3 of a quart.
I'd first add 4~5qt, let that settle a few miniutes, then dip stick.
Add a quart at a time, let that settle until on bottom end of stick, then add ~1/3 qt.
Then drive for 15+ minutes & check level hot idling in park on level ground.
Check it several times after next several drives.
Proper Level on stick doesn't change with bigger pan.
Better to have ATF level slightly high than low.
