04 ranger edge long travel suspension upper mount questions

I have a 2004 ford ranger edge. 3.0 v6 with a 5 speed manual and RWD. I've already built the fore and aft tube bumpers and now getting ready to get a BTF long travel kit (A- arm) which will be paired with a 8" coil over. What I've been trying to figure out is what would be the best upper mount style to go with for the coil overs whether it be a shock hoop or a shock tower style. if anyone could help as to things that they have done. side note i will be welding the mounts together and to the frame myself. let me know if you have any advice! I moved this to the 2wd section... the op stated RWD.

As far as how to set up the upper shock mount...

I would consider doing it however the arm manufacturer does it.
