The beging ...........My grandfather bought the truck in 88, left it to my dad in his will in 93, my dad gave it to me in 02. Bad motor and bad 4ald trans.

I need opinions, should I go standard cab standard bed or extended cab with a bobed bed. I keep going back and forth on witch id want more.

If it were me, after having owned both, I would go Extended cab. Just my .02 cents, but I love having a little extra inside storage, not to mention if you're tall, you can put the seats back further...
Although the standard cab standard bed is really good looking...

I keep leaning towards the extended cab too lol its just so much more work.

i would say extended cab also, and bobbed bed or flat bed.
and it is allot more work.
is it going to be a dedicated wheeler?

Mid build pics........got the cab off the wrecked frame motor tranny and transfer case swaped over and cab sitting on regular cab frame. Took about 5 in blocks for the front 4 body mounts but its on there now lol

That's not a high rider. If it was there would be a drop plate on that radius arm bracket.

Havent updated in a while sorry thats my bad. Ive got the body mounted witch was a feet in itself, but its on there now lol. Went to start hooking up the wiring harnesses today and saw that about 2/3 of my harness is cut in half right at the firewall. That and the gas tank having to be removed because the cab was sitting on the filler neck, this thing is about ready to be fired up. Does anyone know how to remove the harness easily without damaging it or the firewall

Ok now I feel like an idiot, so far the wiring harnesses was the easiest think ive removed of my truck. Did I mention this is my first truck build lol
