Afternoon gentlemen. Been reading this forum for years now but first time posting to ANY forum in decades. I'll post what I print off to bring to repair shops to help them fix it, and have now paid three bills and had to tow back home every time. >

Truck had an occasional stutter for a couple years, like once every six weeks or so. CEL would come on then go back out and it would go back to running normal. Code said cylinder 6 misfire. Middle of May 2020 it got worse… fast, to undriveable. Definitely gets worse when it goes into closed loop and can’t drive vehicle. Been working on it ever since, after buying the absolute exact same truck twenty years newer and couldn't be happier with it. Ill skip the first three years of repairs as I was just throwing parts at it.
Update: 05/24 New crank sensor made timing stop jumping around and ran almost flawless until closed loop, then just pukes. Short term fuel trim both banks is exactly -23.45% cold and doesn’t move til warm. When it gets close to cold loop, all three O2 sensors go from .800+/- to exactly 000 and it starts laboring and misfiring, but without codes. Operating temp and closed loop B1S1 and 2 are + 4.0 to 6.5 and fluctuate normally, B2S1 is 2.4. In closed loop O2’s go right back to .800+/- and better find a spot to park it as it’s done until cool. My little scanner says “Fuel System 1 Fault” when it gets warm, and “Fuel System 2” says ‘no information available’.
Update: 06/05/24 Replaced all three O2 sensors, it ran great up until 150* engine temp, then went into closed loop “fault” and started running poorly again. At 175* it went back to open loop “fault” and I could barely keep it running. O2 sensors purdy much read the same as old ones but react much faster. Short term fuel trim seems about the same, and long term still has yet to register. On cold start fuel trim was at -23.45% exactly with the old sensors and stayed that way until warm. After replacing the O2’s it changed to -27.8% and stayed there until warm. Within 20 minutes, RPM was 700, engine load was 100% and TPS was 67%. Floor it and it immediately dies.
Update: 06/06/24 Today, next day after all O2's replaced, it’s stuck in open loop fault, fuel trim was at 0 until warm then it added fuel (4-6%) and kept running worse til it died and no restart. Definitely ran its worse since replacing the crank sensor and fixing timing. Timing now went from 30BTC+/- down to 10BTC at 150*, then to -3BTC (ATC) at operating temp. I recorded a data-log vid from cold start to dying but it's like 17 minutes...
Update: 06/15/24 Tried installing an ebay PCM with pass code key but wouldn't read it or it was a man trans PCM or something different. PN was the same. Installed old one and runs again, for a minute. Only thing I can see different today is B1S2 O2 reads lower than the others, but when it gets above 140* or so and starts its first step running poorly, it reads the same as the others. Just jumps right up there. Also, two cold starts and both limes it started in closed loop and as temp increased it went into open loop fault, and couldn't keep it running this time after just ten minutes. Have another 10 minute vid of the data-log from today but way to big to post anywhere.
Fuel pressure 70psi idle and doesn’t really move much on acceleration. Couple pounds maybe.
Cylinder pressure 122 to 141 psi across the board and no cooling system pressure at all. Clean AF (and installed new reservoir to make sure).
New injectors
New crank sensor
New MAF, plug and harness
New IAC motor
New TPS
New coil pack
New plugs and plug wires
New front delete pipe
New hi flow cats in back
New O2 sensors
Thanks guys
