I don’t recall anyone saying they installed one. From the research I’ve done, it appears that the systems available don’t cover the high pressure side of the system, only the low side. It may just be a misinterpretation on my part.
In any case, the mishimoto system seems to be the most plug and play and best fitting. Stage 3 motorsports offers it as well as some other sellers.
I’m considering one but it’s low on the list and I want to wait until my warranty is up.
Also, there is already an oil separator system that comes with the engine that is bolted onto the side of the block. I can’t say how effective it is but Ford did make an attempt to address the valve coking issue.
