O.K., who upgraded their sound system and put the original AM/FM radio on the shelf in the garage?

Looking for an original radio: AM/FM or AM/FM with cassette

Ranger is a 94 but almost any Ford of those years will fit.
Thanks for looking.....

I have a stock stereo with the CD disk changer that mounts behind the seats, out of a 96 XLT

Thanks for the reply. I ended up just going to the junk yard and picking one up for $15.

My credo
Toonces drives a Ranger . . . . just not very well.
Try carefully spraying some tuner cleaner down into the switch. If the knob pulls off, pull it off and use the tube that should come with the can of tuner cleaner spray to shoot a couple of blasts into the switch. Stuff used to be called "TV tuner cleaner", now it's probably called something like "control and electronics cleaner". It's worth a shot before you pull the radio to repair or replace.
