my size shocks

I need to no what size shocks I should get for my 87 ford ranger with 6icnh lift and I also have long arms and can flex very well and I don't want the shocks to hold me back.. I was Gunna go with

My guess is you'll need something around 21" up front. 29" out back.

Best way to find out for sure though is to pick one of the back tires up with a forklift or ramp or something until one tire lifts up off the ground, then measure for the extended and compressed lengths for your front shocks (do the same for the rear shocks too, but with a front tire lifted up. Reason for this is the axle still on the ground or down low tends to flex more than the axle being lifted, so you'll get better results this way).
