The horn has been AWOL since I've owned this Ranger. I really didn't notice the large hole that was there until i pulled the inop AC cooler and pump out. I wonder if rain water has filled the charcoal canister right below it?

I believe there are caps that belong on the holes in the canister. Yours appear to have disappeared.

Horn should be off to the side towards the headlight.

Hole is for the intake tube for a 2.8.
